Hello all,
I have a peculiar issue. My visa expires in April '04. This will complete the 6 yrs cap. I'm already in India for the past 10 months. If a company applies for a new H1 in Jan '04 (will be completing 1 yr outside USA), will I be given a visa with 6 yrs validity or it will be considered as a transfer and will be granted a visa for just another year.
Pl advice on this and any suggestions to make it a 6yrs valid new visa.
