Greetings,
My husband reached USA on Jan 17 ,2007 with valid H1B visa stamped. He
was arrested there on Jan 23, 2007 on charges of chatting with minor.
His employer terminated his services without waiting for case decision. Now we are hoping that the case is to be decided very soon without any conviction.
Is there any way to protect his visa. Will he be provided with the
time period for searching for any sponsor or employer under AC21
Amendment H1B Law.
