    pay stub for h1 traner

    Hi,

    I got laid off on sept 23.My h1 is expiring on Jan 25.
    Mean while I may get job in Nov. last week.i.e I do not have pay stub for 2 months.
    Is this a problem for h1 tranfer?How old pay sub could be to overlook by INS.

    Suggetion and experience sharing is appreciated.

      Hi..
      As long as you have previous months pay stubs not a problem... but make sure your filing new H1 with new employer ..

      So not to worry you will be fine maa
