Will I be considered in masters quota for H1??

Hello,

I am currently on F1 visa with my OPT starting on the Feb 9th. I have finished all my coursework and exam required to graduate. I am unable to graduate this Fall 2007 as my application to graduate was not approved because of some university rule that exam should be done before a particular date. Hence I will be able to graduate only in Spring 2008 (May end)

Will my employer be able to file for my H1 under the masters quota this April?

Hi.
I am applying for MS cap using a letter confirming May 08 MS graduation. Letter says,, all the reqs are met , MS project accepted and diploma will be honored on may 08.

I was told from graduate school that.. they issue this letter all the time and no one never came back saying it didn't work.

Opt expire 04/30
Sending an i-20 starting June 02 ( within the 60 days grace period )
Defended ms project on January 15th - accepted!

Will do premium processing!
