Travelling outside US

Hello,

My current H1B visa is valid upto Jan 19 2004. I am planning to go out of country in Nov and be back by Dec 20th 2003.

Is this going to create any issuses at POE?
I am yet to file for my extension? Should I file first and then go out?

There is no problem for your POE. as long as you have stamped visa for next coming months..
It will be good if you file .. you will save some time ..
