    L1 to H1B

    Hi,

    Im working here in US on a L1 Visa, which is currently expired. The L1 Extension petition is pending with BCIS.

    Meanwhile I have got a job offer from another company and they are willing to do H1B for me thru premium processing. Is there any issues for applying a H1 visa, while my L1 extension is pending.

    Any advice is highly appreciated..
