Need advice in h1 stamping to go chennai

I am indian who has residence in USA.
Now i want to know the experiences of stamping who came from USA went to stamp in chennai.what documents do i need from employer.I am the 1st employee of my employer.I took my social security number by phone.My employer going to run 1 month paystub.My h1 is approved in nov2007.
Please post experiences.

Carry the pay stub, some pictures of your work place, samples of work, certification from the US (if any)...all these helps.

I was like you who went after three years from the US to chennai to get my H1B stamped.

Just be straight with your docs and be confident. There is nothing scary about Chennai for the ones who are honest with their docs and certs.
