Hi,
I'm in H1 visa in US now. I'm planning to fix an appointment for my wife to get H4 visa in this october (oct 2007). My employer gives a month's paystub next month only.That is septemeber's pay stub will be given to me only by october 3rd or 4th week. So it might not be possible for my wife to take September's pay slip for her H4 interview on october.
Will it be enough if she carries my pay stub from April to August 2007. is it mandatory that she need to carry the previous month's pay stub of mine.(sep' pay stub)
