Travel before HI-B stamp

Hi,

Am l allowed to travel to the USA for 10 days before l go for the interview in England at the consulate. My visa papers have been approved and l am in the process of booking my interview, but need to go to the US for a few days this month. Will this be a problem, or will it be ok on my UK waiver.
