I am on H4 visa, had to apply for replacement I94 b'coz USPS lost my
passport being sent for renewal to Indian Consulate in San Francisco.R'cvd an approval notice from USCIS stating that the same is a courtesy copy and the original has been sent(which has an I94 card at the bottom) to someone else,(a name is given).Problem is I do not even know who that person is?So I call USCIS and Complain about the error,get a reference no.,keep calling them every week,so far nothing...
Filed for replacement I94 on April 26th 2007,r'cvd courtesy copy 7th
June,Filed a complain with them 14th June. They keep asking me to wait for 15 days,30days,etc.
Meanwhile, we had applied for Canadian immigration and have received visas from them on our passports and to continue the immigration process we need to land in Canada before end of Oct 2007.
Please advise,what do I do about my I-94 and my Canadian immigration
problem.
