H1B extension for 7 th year

Have applied for Labour and also visa expiring next year , also wanted to apply for the extension for 7 th year . Does anyone know how long does it take for the extension to be approved after it has been filed

I am in the same situation and my lawyer told me that it will be around 2 months.

And is it possible to travel abroad after H-1B extended for 7th Year?
