Missing paystubs

Hi Friend,

I need your help in giving some information, I am in India having H1B, not traveled to the USA, thus I don’t have 2/3 USA pay slips If I change my employer in India will my H1B valid to travel for the new employer.

No, you can't do that. You will have to apply for new H1B visa.
