Dear Sir/Madam,

I wanted some clarification, if you can help me out then it will be appreciated.

1) My wife will be applied for H1B visa & I will be applied for H4. Before one year back my Touriest visa (B2) was rejected. So i wanted to know that what will be the chances for H4 & what precaution should i take?

2) My son is 3 years old & he will also applied for H4. He is having B2 visa. My doubts is if he will not get the H4 visa then his B2 visa status will remain same or it will be reject?
