What is advance Parole?? I am going to either Canada or Mexico for my first
H1b stamping. My case is F1-OPT-H1b. Am I eligible for advance parole, if I am on H1b???? If yes, is there any weblink on how to apply for it???

---- Advance Parole is document that is provided to you (on application) when you are filing for I-485 (adjustment of status). This is last stage in the processing of a Green Card

---- On H1B you have to apply for Labor Certification, then I-140 and then I-485. This takes time depending on your country of origin
