Hello Sir/Madam,
I am writing this e-mail to enquire about my H1 visa stamping in India. I previously had a H1 (F1->H1) and then worked for almost a year and then shifted to H4 visa (H1->H4).
I recently got back on H1 visa (H4->H1).
I intend to make a trip to India during Feb 9th to March 1st. Dates are not available for stamping in Chennai consulate.
I wish to apply in emergency quota. I would really appreciate if you can tell me if at all I am eligible or not. If not what steps do I need to take? Can I apply for another consulate in Mumbai or so? If so what documents do I need to provide.
