H1 dual intent principle / Family Green card

Hi,

I have a valid H1 stamped last month but not
travelling yet.

1.Is it possible to switch my employer by transferring
petition even without going to the US?

2.My sister is a US citizen - so is the Family green
card sponsorship useful/ advisable given my H1 and the
duration involved in realisation ..if,so is it better
to do on arrival/in India ? even if not, what are the
pros and cons since it is a mix of family, employment

1. No. You need new H1.
2. That is no problem. Both can be done parallel.
