Hi!
I had to contact some one, who can guide me correctly regarding a matter.I have looked at all the forums, but I get very contradicting answers. I have a H1 VISA, valid upto May 2008 from company A.
I travelled on that VISA to US in Sep 2006 and stayed in US for a year.
I returned to India in Sep 2007. I have the 5 latest paystubs from company A during the tenure I was in US. I will also be getting my W2 form soon for the year 2006-2007. I left Company A to join Company B.
I have been told that it is possible to get the VISA transfered in such a
scenario. Could you kindly let me know if that is so?
