help me very urgent

hi to all
i scheduled my interview in the mont of november 07 in mumbai. i submitted all my document and HDFC yellow receipt to consulate bfore oneweek of my appoint ment date. but i cancelled my appointment bfore two days of my appointment. the reason is i belongs to chennai consulate.

after three weeks i reactivated my hdfc receipt

now i want to take new appointment in chennai in this month so how can i get my hdfc receipt yellow one.

please help me in this regard.
