    holding B1 visa and a valid H1b Petition

    I am holding B1 visa and a valid H1b Petition, I am planning to go for H1b visa stamping, but I am afraid of, if my H1b visa got rejected for any reason,will they also cancel my B1 visa, as my current employer planning me to sent me on B1. plz help.

    Both are unrelated cases. I think if you H1 is approved then the B1 might be canceled but again this depends solely on the consular officer.

      Hi,

      Your H1B interview will not effect B1..So dont worry upon B1 just give ur interview wish you good luck..
