I found your reference from the site immihelp.com. I have a query to ask... I am currently on H1B status, but I haven't joined the Employer as of now. I was earlier on H4 Visa, My employer applied for my H1 Visa & I got the approval. I went to India in the month of Dec' 07 for a month. While coming back I got my Visa stamped. I have given him a leave application. How long can I stay valid on H1B status till I join back working with him.
