    Is it require to mention SSN for filing H-1B?

    I worked in US for 1.5 year on L-1B visa. Then I had SSN. Now a new firm is filing for H-1B. Do I need to mention SSN during the H-1B filing? What is the consequences if I don't mention SSN?
