I am currently in the US on H2B Visa and I found an employer who is willing to sponsor me for H1B visa.
The question is:
1. Is this possible to have an employer to sponsor me on H1 Visa and What should the employer do to process the paperwork?
2. Is this something your company do processing paperwork and how much is the fees involve?
