I-94 expires soon

Hi,
My situation is very complex. I got my h1 extenstion in 2002 with I94 valid upto oct31, 2004. I went to India and submitted the I-94 I got thru new H1.
When I came back, the immigrant officer has given I-94 for upto Aug01, 2003 which is the same date as my visa.

Can anybody advise me what to do to get the extension to stay without going out of status?

Is there a way to get the I-94 extension?
Can I go to Mexico/canada and travel back and get I-94 upto Oct31, 2003.

Hi ,

You can get your 1-94 extension while in US ...you dont have to go out of US.

ur employer needs to apply for your extension
