Form I-129 Question
My wife is applying for her H4 visa in India. I need to submit this Form I-129 as one of her supporting documents for the visa interview. I only have my original Form I-797.
Can someone please explain what this Form I-129 is how important it is for the interview. If someone has a sample document it would be very help in my search. Thanks for your input.
