H1B Cap Exemption
I have a valid approved H1B Petition valid from Oct 2005 to Sep 2008 from employer X, I did not get it stamped, I am in US currently on a different visa.
(a) Can I use it to work in US through another employer?
(b) In case I apply for a fresh H1B this year, will I be subject to the annual cap ?
