I have a question regarding sponsoring of H1B Visa for a candidate with a Business Background. The candidate is in India and has completed his MBA after his BE in Mechanical Engineering. He has got 5 years experience in Sales/Marketing in India and he wishes to work in the US in Sales/Marketing/Finance. Is there any way some Consultant Company will sponsor a H1B for this candidate? Is there any other way of getting a H1B for this candidate? I will greatly appreciate your input in this matter.
