    L1 -expired - new H1B

    Hi,

    I completed 5 years in L1 Visa in Aug 2007.My I-94 expired in Aug 2007.I have applied for I140 and I485.My EAD was approved and i am currently on EAD.In Aug 2008 i would have completed 6 years in US.My question is can i apply for a new H1B visa this year.Please let me know whether it is possible.Appreciate your replies.Thanks
