I was wondering if anyone could give me more information regarding a question that I have.
Is there any way that I can get my visa stamped in my passport within the US?
My next question - I am planning to go to Canada for 3 days this month, I needed to know if one can enter the country without a recent stamp in their passport. I changed my status and hence I have my approval notice and everything I just do not have the stamp. Can someone tell me more about this.
Also, Can one enter the country who is on H1 and has a valid H1 stamp of a previous employer but the approval notice from their current employer go to Canada for 3 days and come back without the visa stamp in their passport?
Please help.
