Hi,
I am currently working in H1 visa.I am pregnant and planning to take a maternity break for 6 months as unpaid leave and planning to go for my visa stamping to India after the break.
My question is when i go for visa stamping immediately after maternity break, i may not have recent pay stubs.I may have only pay stubs before 6 months.Will the employment verification letter from my employer will be good enough for my Visa stamping in Chennai or do i need any supporting docs.
Plz kindly let me know your views and also if hteres any other option?
