H1B tyransfer question

I have two questions .

1) Is it possible to do H1B transfer without any paystub ? Somebody told me that if it is within a month of your status to H1B then it is possible to do transfer without any paystub.

2) if it is possible then do I and my family need to get a new visa if I go back to Indfia and come back ?
