    Details required to provide for visa status inquiry

    Hello Everybody,
    I need to inquire about my H1B visa status, after I had submitted the additional documents, as per the 221g issued. The query is what are the details I need to provide in the email to the embassy, for checking the same. Is the application no on the HDFC receipt(Visa Fee Receipt) sufficient?
