hi, i was layed of just before christmas and i am not sure how long i have to transfer my H1 to a new sponsor, i had a co worker who was laid of then got hired 2 months later and have his H1 transfered and he said there were no issues on pay stubs etc. I am receiving serverance till the third week of July so technically i am still being payed. I need some feedback. thanks!
