Transfer from L1 to B1
Hi
By mistake at port of entry I was stamped on L1 visa though I had valid B1 i did not notice that at the airport and realised the same later. So please let me know how i can change the visa status back to B1 without going to India? Also please let me know what are the issues that I will be facing if i continue stay in US on L1??. Also my company that processed L1 is still in the process of finding me a job.
