Q? on H1 Stamping

Hi Friends,
I want to know some information regarding H1 Stamping.
When INS office in USA approves the H1 Visa, the Candidate has to attend interview in respective embassy offices in India. As we know we have 4 embassy offices in India.
My question is..... These 4 embassy offices have any quota limit to give H1 Stamping to the candidates?
If YES, what is the limit for each embassy offices (Channai, Mumbai, Kolkata, Delhi).

Hi,

To my opinion......

Applicants should attend consulates according to consular sections we are residing/working....generally consulate to which we have to attend will be given on I797 approval notice..as per my knowledge there will be no quota for consulates to issue H1 visas.
