Need help on H1B - Master's quota

Hi,

I recently graduated with Masters degree in Education. I would like to swicth my field from Education to IT. Can I use my Education Masters degree to get H1-B visa in IT field under 20,000 masters or higher degree quota? Or my masters considered only for Education field?
