I highly appreciate if any one share their experiences or with their knowledge.
I am getting married to a divorcee (has kids). I am on H1 and donot have a single clue, how to get the kids along with me. I heard that I can't change kids "family name" to my family name, as their father is "alive".
Please please and please help me, atleast one line hint or some leads to consulting a lawer/attorney or something.
