Administration Process Complete, kindly return with Passport

Hi all
I was given 221(g) when I faced first interview for H1B. They asked me to send all the documents checked in 221(g) from my Employer. I submitted them. Now I got mail from embassy saying Administrative Process Completed in your case. Kindly return with your passport, yellow envelope and all the supporting documents of H1B on any working day.So can anyone let me know what I can expect from the mail from the embassy. Is it a positive sign? Thanks for your replies in advance.
