I was working with Company A while I moved to Company B, but my passport still holds stamping of Company A and is valid till Apr 2003. When I sent the new H1 to stamping to St.Louis they sent me back saying that my H1 is still valid. Now I am getting married in Nov in India. How do I get H4 for my wife. Do I also need to get my new visa stamped in India or will my old visa do to get her H4. Kindly anyone let me know.
