Information needed for H1 filing-URGENT

I am on H4 now.

I would like to know it is ok, if i submit my H1 petition by 15th march so that it would reach the concerned authorities by 28thmarch. Currently i am in search of consultancies.

Please let me know the list of certificates or documents i would need for H1 petition.

once your communication n deal is confirmed with the consultant, he will send what all reqd docs to be forwarded to them to file for H1 n you can act accordingly.also u can go thru this site for the needed docs.

You do not submit the documents; your prospective employer does. You must have found an employer far enough in advance of April 1 for him the process his application for you.
