wish all well...
My h1 was transfered from co. A to co. B. Now I am employee of co.B.
Q1.On document co. A's H1 is valid till 03/2003. My new transfred H1 ( on co. B) is valid till 10/2004.
My question is, if co. B cancels my H1, will my previous H1, i.e co. A 's H1 be valid or not?
and, If I have to work for co.A again, do i need to apply re-transfer of my H1?
Q2.My green card is applied thru co.B and LC is under process.If I want to take up new job with co.C and would like to come back to co.B (assuming co.B keeps my H1 status)when LC is approved, will there be any problem?
