Name Misspelled

Hi My wife attended Visa on 10th and her visa got approved, but the problem is My name got Printed wrong on Visa. I already booked ticket for her. Will it be any problem, They asked my original 797 for change of name.

Can you guys tell me what to do now.

Will there be any problem if she come here with out changing that

First of all she can not come itself when the VISA name is different how will the immigration at both countries allow the person to travel, just do the requirement asap or check if cosulate has some way to help in this case ?

I was told that the consulate can correct this the same day.
