I have come on company A's visa in April 2000 and it is expiring in October 2002. I have changed my company to B and they have transfered my visa which has not yet come .I worked for company B for some time and now I am again transfering my visa to company C.
My question is it ok that I-94 expiring in October before I get my approval from company B as approval from company B might come in 4-6 weeks time from today.Will I be out of status after October once my I-94 expires and shouldn't get approval from company B by that time? The visa transfer from A to B was done in much advance of 4 months time.
