H1B Eligibility(High Priority)

Hi Forum,

Currently I am in US and working on L2 EAD. My employer is filing my H1 this year. I Bachelors Degree in Commerce(B.Com) and Diploma in Advance Computing(C-Dac) and I have 6 years of experience in Software Programming out of which 1 year is in US.

LEt me know if I am eligible for H1b,as I have 3 years for Bachelors degree.

You are eligible with experience and education.
Like greatguru mentioned, your education needs to be evaluated otherwise USCIS will challenge your case.

Make sure you have all exp. letter from previous employers with you and your sponsor should take care of education evaluation.
