Hi,
I have a very unique H1B situation. I was offered a job by an American Company last year. They filed for an H1B (in the open category, since I only had a bachelor's degree).
My application was approved in the H1B lottery. However, I decided to pursue a Master's degree in the US, and so declined the offer, and did not get the H1B stamped. Now when I graduate, do I have to go through the April 1 filing process again?
Can another company revive my H1B approval and skip the filing process?
Any guidance would be helpful.
Thanks
