Inquriy on H1B

Hi,

I'm currently on F1 status pursing my MBA. I graduated from US university with BS degree and I have a compnay willingly to sponsor me a H1B with my BS degree.

And I'm just wondering If I'm eligible to apply for H1B while I'm on F1 and likely to get approved.
