Hi:
My friend told me that once I have filed my H1-B application and an acknowledgement has been received from the department of labour, that I can work at that job until a decision is reached. Is this true? I am currently on an F-1 doing my practical training, and my F-1 expires Septembet 1st. My H-1 will be filed in the next week or so.
