H1 visa expiring 30 days before getting married...Help!

If anyone has come across this situation, please let me know and I would be grateful. My H1-B notice is valid till Dec,2003 which is fine. But my visa on my passport will expire end of Jan, 2003 which is 30 days before I submit my would be wifes visa for H4 stamping. Do you think US consulate will have any problems stamping her visa? Everything is valid...even the my H1-B on the passport, but it runs out end of Jan and we plan to be back in the US 2 weeks before the expiration date of my visa on the passport. I have been told that US consulate should have no problems stamping her H4 visa on her passport. I would really like to findout if any of you migth have come across this situation or any one of your friends??

hello am in the same situation my wife is going for h4 just days before my visa stam expiry in my passport.do plz let me know if you know the clue for this.Thanks in advance for your help.
