hello i just want to ask about my status i am h4 dependent and we have filed for adjustment of status...
question
1. i was planning to go to philippines cause my grandmother died last nite... and hoping to go back but my problem is can i go back and return to U.S. with my h4 i am 22yrs old now last february and my h4 visa will expire in nov. 10 2008... i was been petition based on assylum family based...
can i go back here in U.S. with my h4 visa?
2. is my h4 expired when i turned 21?... cause i had my h4 visa last january 2007 and i turned 21 on february, then i came here in U.S. then get back to my country... then i go again in the U.S. last May 2007 and i got cleared without holding in the U.S. airport...
is that luck? or i can go to my counrty as long as my h4 is valid?
can anyone answer this please i really need to go back.. and see my grandma even if she's dead....pleaseeee... thank you!!!!
