H1 transfer without paystubs??
Hi ,
I have asked company A, where I got a job to file my H1 this april. Currently I am on f1.
However, I do not wish to work for company A. The only reason I asked company A to apply for H1 is because this is the best job I could find now before April1.
I have been interviewing with other companies also. I am certain that I will get my Job with some other company (Company B) in May 1st week.
My question now is that :
when I get a job from Company B, can I apply for a transfer of H1B from Company A. I will not have any pay stubs with Company A, because I can work with company A only from June(my OPT start date).
