Hi,
Could you help me please because I don't know if I have to extend my H1B visa another year. My H1B visa will expire on 08/20/2008 I did my fingerprints and the medical. I've received the notice of the application to adjust to permanent resident status I485 on June 12 2007 and my priority date based on Employment for the 3rd category is 10/15/2004 My case is still pending.
Can you give me an advice?
Two lawyers said that I don't have to renew the H1B visa because of waiting for the permanent residence and 2 lawyers told me yes you need to do it.
Who can I trust?
